Ever since I was young, I loved to draw empowering women. As an adult their strength and beauty continues to influence me in paintings. I like to think it's because my mother was named after one of the bravest heroines in history. Jeanne D'Arc/ Joan of Arc, is a symbol of unyielding faith, leadership and femininity.
