After a winter of hibernation, 'Spring Emergence’ showcases the majestic bears of Banff National Park  with a collection of Mindy’s favourite grizzlies and black bears. Her connection to these beauties stems from being a long time Banff local and first hand stories told by her husband who is a wildlife specialist with Parks Canada. Her paintings preserve the bears stories for people to enjoy, respect and protect their place on the landscape.
